Multiavchd chapter thumbnails off

In XMB menu style, the first two thumbnails on the chapter view start at 00:00:00:00. All further thumbnails do not start where the thumbnail shows. Already posted at videohelp with zero help

Fixed. First problem was the first two videos my friend gave me I put into shotcut...were basically the same (one was slightly longer). The thumbnails didn't match up because (and got more and more off) because the project framerate in shotcut wasn't the same as the export frame rate. I got the chapter times from the project. When I made the project 29.97, it worked.
