Encoding for Kodak Picture Frames

Hi guys.
I've got one of them Kodak picture frames (800x480) and I'm struggling to figure out the best or at least compatible MPEG encoding settings for it. Have any of you had to deal with this before? Would anyone happen to know what the best settings are? If no, then there's something else I'd like to try that you may be able to help me with. A while ago I successfully figured out the best settings but I forgot to write them down. The remaining ray of hope is a couple of compatible videos from back then. What I'm hoping to do is retrieve detailed file, stream, bit rate, and every other possible info there is, to try to replicate it.
Does anybody know of free mpeg analysis software?
So far I' tried MPEG2 TS packet analyzer and MPEGprop but they were of no use fr this.

What would you suggest.

This is kind of urgent so I would really appreciate your responses.
Thank you very much

Thanks for replying guys but I already figured out by brute force.
