meGUI error

Haven't used meGUI in a long time, getting back to using it. Wanted to convert a few DVDs, installed and updated latest version. When I select the mpg file for the File Indexer I get the following error:

All I did was rip the main movie to mkv with makemkv then ran mkvextract. I thought you then would use File Indexer on the resulting mpg stream. Now I can use DGIndexNV in stand alone form to make my dgi file, so that does work. I never recalled having any issues before when I did use me GUI before, and google searching really didn't help much either. Any help will be appreciated, thanks

Do you get the same error if you load in the MKV?
