webp does compression method affect quality?
Does someone know what does "compression method" of webp mean? (it goes from 0 to 6, it's not the "level" that goes from 0 to 100). More specifically is it lossless, like it's purely an archiving method?

It affects both lossless and lossy modes . Lower values mean more time is spend analyzing for redundancies for compression. For lossless mode , it results in smaller filesizes but slower processing speed at lower values ("0" would be the slowest, most compressed)
