how to do no-fast-cbf and lft on new release version?

It looks like no-fast-cbf disabled a speed feature that's been removed (ie, disabled) entirely, so you don't need to do anything there.

--lft disabled deblocking; did it also disable SAO, or was SAO not even a thing? --no-deblock and probably --no-sao will give you the same effect.
