What program did you used to extract that core? Which movie is it (name and hd dvd or blu-ray)?

Do both tracks playback fine? Is there a part (1 sec) actually missing from the track? I mean, have you find what's missing? Maybe there's 1 sec of silence missing from the end of the dts track.

I don't have this disc or know anyone that have it, so i can't test. Perhaps you want to post this in the eac3to thread as a bug (?) and wait for an answer there.

Tried on standalone DVD player & it seems to be in sync all the way to the end. So it could be the silence at the end
