Remove riff cdxa header from vcd Dat files

How can I Remove riff cdxa header from old vcd Dat file?
Also how to trim the vcd file as losslessly as possible?

What happens if you simply extract/re-mux the MPEG-1 or 2 video stream into a different container, such as m2ts (using TSmuxer GUI). Which also offers trimming?

Long time ago, but think I may have remuxed with OLD TmpGenc [free for Mpeg1, and remuxer still worked after 30 day Mpeg2 encoder trial expired].

EDIT: Maybe this one:- https://www.videohelp.com/software/TMPGEnc

EDIT: Actually, this one is the trial one, TMPGEnc-Plus:- https://www.videohelp.com/software/TMPGEnc-Plus:- https://www.videohelp.com/software/TMPGEnc-Plus
Both from 2004.
