Probkem with CPU usage

Hello everyone,
a picture will explain my problem better than a long post...

So here it is:


As you can see is a little bit to strange...
So if you know the problem, please tell me a solution.

XviD doesn't use multicore CPUs efficiently. If you have a quadcore this CPU utilization is normal.

AurelienSama,
Try changing the value of "Threads" (Settings Xvid). Choose "Threads: 3" to dual-core processor. For the three-quadcore processors is 8-12.

I tried with 12 thread vecause I have a phenom X4 but i had some trouble, now with 8 thread it's just perfect
