help with intel qsv please

A power surge took out my pc and I have been using a turing card to encode my media library, which includes a few uhd blu rays.
I know is not the best quality but i am happy with it.
I have been trying to find an answer to the ability of an intel cpu to encode 4k 10bit with hdr using hardware acceleration.

Is this possible?
Anyone used an intel cpu for uhd hdr encodes and could speak the quality of such?

I believe it's not possible as of yet, but will be in Ice Lake. You will have to encode and then patch the HDR metadata.
