Annoying Anime Halo

I had some issue seeing this halo, not knowing if it even should be there.
I tried to use Dehalo_alpha and FineDehalo but I didn't had luck, I also searched for documentation and similar threads, but solutions leads me for missing dependencies or unsuals outputs.
Maybe I forgot to check other threads or other scripts, I would appreciate help.

I'd say there's nothing there that needs fixing.

I would say it is part of the style of the anime. Definitely doesn't look like typical halo.
