I would like to replace the version "3.5+37+12-4e46995bc-.Mod-by-Patman.-x64-msvc1931" embedded in StaxRip 2.13.0.
I am in confusion and don't know which version to install to replace the previous version.

which led me to do a fresh Windows setup, and now I've found out it was this all along

HOWEVER, the Clang build works fine.

I haven't had any issues with previous LLVM builds.
