You can use clever FFmpeg GUI

1) Select the source (Apollo.mp4 for instance) and after click in 'Main Page>>>'
2) In the Main Page select 'Convert' -> 'Audio stream'
3) Click in 'Encoder'
4) In 'Change length & pitch' select a 'factor' (for instance 0.9) and 'Pitch only' (see the image) and 'Encode'
Now a new Apollo_A0.aac is created, listen it and repeat 4) with different factors until you are satisfied with the pitch.
5) In the Main Page select 'Multiplex'
6) In the Multiplex page select the video stream and the new audio created and 'Multiplex'
