Does anyone know a nice 16->255 converter shader? MPC's procamp doesn't work on my system. I would like to test it with EVR custom.

At Sourceforge daily builds are not available, like 1072 version, where can we get them, as .fr page is unavailable?

Maybe I could make a setup out of it and host a mirror...

Changing the subjetct a little... I think that the only problem with FFDShow MPEG decoder is that it can't know when a video is interlaced or not, so you must keep 'Deinterlacing' enable all the time (not good, I know) or enable only when you see the 'empty lines' cutting all the frames, hehehe. MPC MPEG internal decoder, in the other side, seems to know when a video is interlaced if you set the decoder to 'Auto'. BTW, for DVDs I can't use 'libavcodec' because it stutters too much. Libmpeg2 do the work perfectly.

Aha, new shader :P

Well as i tested it, it seems to be a shader which does identity transform for now. But you can tweak brightness/constrast constants to approximate TV->PC range conversion.

In that shader (use Edit from menu), find constants definition lines and change two of them into
#define Brightness -0.08
#define Contrast 1.15

Profit! :P does conversion with high speed here, not slowing down main CPU. So if someone does proper conversion on shaders, it is gonna be fast indeed.

This only seems to happen with Casimir666's build when YUV Mixing is enabled. If I disable YUV mixing everything is fine.
Now its showing up as B&W with YUV mixing enabled...

Edit: I did some further testing and it seems the bug was introduced in 1.0.7.0 because 1.0.6.0 is fine.

Edit2: It seems if I use the mplayerc.ini from mplayerc_homecinema_v1.0.6.0.zip with 1.0.8.0 I don't have the problem. The mplayerc.ini from 1.0.7.0 results in blue and yellow colors. For 1.0.8.0 which doesn't have an mplayerc.ini bundled with it the picture is black and white.

What is YUV mixing for? the M$ page just seemed to describe it as something that would benefit old cards with low amounts of memory.

@Casimir666
Do you have any idea why the video is stoping for a milisecond (micro lag) when opening the OSD Slidebar (same for MPC's normal Slidebar) ?

Why is it d3dx9_29.dll?
What if I put d3dx9_31.dll?

If not there it will automatically look in the system folder?
