Adding a soundtrack to a blu ray disc/image?

I want to create an image file from a blu-ray disc and add a soundtrack but still maintain the actual blu-ray structure, menus, etc for burning back to BR media.

If not by doing an image file, just extract all files to my HD and then add the soundtrack?

Is this possible, and if so, what is the easiest software to do this?

Regards...

MultiAVCHD should be able to do it in re-authoring mode.
The menus will stay as they are, ie the newly added soundtrack will not be selectable using menus (unless it replaced an existing one), only by remote control (and therefore you should allow this in the PUOs).
