New section: Stream rippers

I think it's time to add sections like stream rippers (like StreamFab/AnyStream) to Doom9, because discs are dead.

I suspect such softwares would not fall into the category of 'fair use', unlike backing up discs... See Forum Rule 6

You subscribe and download it on SSD, this is completely legal because you bought it and you legally own the work!

Paying a subscription for a media streaming service is not the same as owning a physical copy of the content. Which is the basis of 'fair use'.

Let me make a very important point that in copyright law: DRM bypassing is illegal in any way, now it wants to be a video game or software, a disc or a stream.
All the companies that make DVD Ripper or DVD Cloner are either Chinese or based in Central America, none of them American or European because of copyright laws, so if Stream Ripping is illegal, the whole ripping/cloning CD/DVD/BD process is illegal too! (most users just rent a DVD/BD and then rip it and...!)
