Difference between CE310B and C725B/C725D

Are there any major quality differences between these AVerMedia cards? I'd like to get the CE310B but it's quite expensive at over $100 on Alibaba while these other cards are a bit cheaper. The latter cards seem to be know as "EZMaker SDK Express" cards.

CE310: Conexant CX23888 with 3D Y/C, can do YUV 422 10bit, but datasheet does not tell if 10bit are available as capture format.
C725: older chipset, no 3D Y/C, I guess 8bit only
