DG tools are now free

Licensing (DRM) has been removed from DGDecNV and DGDemuxGUI/DGDemux. They will remain closed source for now. The executables remain copyrighted and may not be redistributed without written permission.

Think of it as an essential step towards porting to Linux.

This is good news.

Does this mean the version numbers will start getting updated again? (dgdecnv has been on 2053 for a long time)

Good point. Maybe we lose 2053 and go with build (slipstream) number exclusively. Still deciding...

That's good news (even though I had a licence).
I use it on NVIDIA Quadro P4000 and Windows 10 Enterprise at work, however I have Fedora 34 (Linux) at home and I might give it a whirl once it's released.
About that, will we ever see a CUDA accelerated version of Cube()? Perhaps for Christmas 2021?

Thank you very much, really appreciated! (Even though I paid for DGDecNV I prefer DRM-free solutions)

Although I can't currently use them due to an unsupportive NVIDIA card,

May I bundle DGDecNV with Hybrid?

Please send me a PM with an email address where I can contact you. One condition will be that you correct the link for DGMPGDec at your website.

I used only once your tools, although I knew them for long.
DGDemuxGUI did the trick the other day and I learned a new thing.
Even for this I think you deserve a thanks from me... so thanks
