Slices in x264

Hi all,
I'm trying to encode HD material using x264 for bluray. The encode is very good and quick, but there is a compliance problem when I try to import the avc file in the authoring system: the software need 4 slices per frame (or more) when the 4.1 level is used. I know that x264 support multithread encoding on frame basis and not by slices, but Someone know if is it possible generate 4 slices per frames? I guess this is a scecific blu-ray compliant need, may be for decoding speed.
William
