Can anyone recommend an AVCHD muxing application?

As we all know, there are various Blu-ray disc compliant file muxing applications and a few that purport to be able to create AVCHD compliant files!

However, I'm yet to find an application that can actually generate AVCHD compliant muxes in accordance with the following AVCHD file structure: -



Does anybody now of such an muxing application?
