Set different audio delays

With avimux_gui (but it's the same with AviDemux) I can set the delay of the audio track.
Let's say that a +1400ms delay is fine until a certain point of the video, and then I need an additional +500ms for a total of +1900ms until the end of the video, can I set different delay values without manually editing (and lossy re-encoding) the audio track?
Thanks
