meGUI error

Haven't used meGUI in a long time, getting back to using it. Wanted to convert a few DVDs, installed and updated latest version. When I select the mpg file for the File Indexer I get the following error:

All I did was rip the main movie to mkv with makemkv then ran mkvextract. I thought you then would use File Indexer on the resulting mpg stream. Now I can use DGIndexNV in stand alone form to make my dgi file, so that does work. I never recalled having any issues before when I did use me GUI before, and google searching really didn't help much either. Any help will be appreciated, thanks
