M2TS (VC1) to Mpg2

What program do I need to use to convert a VC1 M2TS file to a MPG2 file and maintain the SAME audio track?

I know some of you wish to ask why I wish to convert a VC1 video track to MPG2. It is because my TiVo Doesn't play VC1 video tracks. Only MPG2.

So I need to take a M2TS container, containing a VC1 Video track and a AC3 5.1 audio track and create a MPG2 container with the Video being MPG2 compliant as well as maintaining the same AC3 5.1 audio.

I also need to change the frame rate from 23.98fps to 29.98/30fps and reduce bitrate to VBR max bitrate 19mbps without screwing up Audio/Video synch.

Thanks

WTC

Yep... Tried it... No support for HD M2TS files, of any type. VC1, MPG2, H.264

Thanks for the suggestion though. Nice program for STANDARD Deffinition support.

I need full support for True HD. 1920x1080 and DD5.1

Thanks..
