avi demux multiplexer settings in video capture

I am using iuvcs to capture tv, and i noticed that there is a part on it called multiplexer and avi demux, i emailed the author of the program and he said this is a microsoft dialog box, i send the screenshot in attachment.

As you can see this seems to be something about the sincronization of audio and video when capturing a avi file, i would like to know more details about this and what problems and advantages could cause choosing the other methods instead of the default one "none". I ask this because when i use the method "full " it seems a lot easier to avoid dropped frames so i would like to use the method "full" all the time but i am afraid this could cause the captured video or audio to be different from when captured in none, or with different sincronization, and i need the sincronization be exactly the same as in "none".

Does anyone knows how to advice me on this or if there is any tuturial online about this specific dialog box in tv capture software? Check also the second screenshot too since i also don't know if i choose toggle those settings or not.

And also i would like to know which are the correct settings for using this as a buffer to help preventing dropped frames when capturing...
