SVC Help

Hey guys,
I just wondered if you could help me find an SVC-Encoder. Doesn't matter if it's Open Source or if you have to pay for it...i just need one badly.
Also I would love to have a sample-video encoded in that format. Has anyone already stumbled upon one?
Greetings

How about the reference software from the JVT?

Hey,
first of all thank you. But did you mean the JSVM software? I doubt that it is the proper one, since they don't mention SVC in any place. I only found AVC-stuff inside that archive, but I need precisely the new codec SVC. Or did I just find the wrong one via Search?

And do you maybe have a example-video encoded with SVC?
Thanks

Yes, I mean the JSVM software as it is the official reference software for H.264 SVC. You find example parameter files in the CVS repository, together with all the files you need in order to build the software itself. You can use the example parameter files to create sample SVC sequences - all you need are the source sequences (Foreman etc.) which you should find on the Internet.
Here is all the information to access the CVS repository: http://ip.hhi.de/imagecom_G1/savce/d...e-Software.htm

Can any one tell me what may be the average size difference between the encoded files which are encoded using H.264 AVC and SVC ? I just want to know how much more bandwidth required for SVC bitstream. Any link regarding the difference between the AVC and SVC. Thanks for any replays regarding this.
