DVD: A single stream or multiple 1GB segments before muxing?

Hi guys.
If I encode an hour long video into a single pair of streams (M2V&AC3) will MuxMan automatically take care of VOB segmentation or do I have to manually break it down into 1GB chunks?
I thought I'd ask before trying because encoding takes time.

Thanks

Just make your two elementary streams and MuxMan will make the 1Gb VOBs for you.
