Feature request: Would be nice if angle selection could also be supported. (iirc. Ratatouille, Star Trek: TOS have multi angles)
+ small question: How to handle FFMS2 Index files?

Add angle parameter and export filename in the dict.

I add angle selection now. But I don't have BDs with multi-angle at hand, so I can't inspect the structure of the playlist and test angle selection. For index files see the example on GitHub.

Out of curiosity, can you upload the PLAYLIST folder of some bluray with angles somewhere? Because the only bluray I have with angles uses different playlist for each one.

Update libbluray to support UHD Blu-ray playlist.
Rename parameter source to bd_path.
Add parameter playlist.
