AvimuxGUI MP3-AVI interleave settings

What are the right AvimuxGUI settings to interleave an MP3 file into an AVI file for a smooth playback, also from CD?

standard settings are fine

make sure you use rec lists... also RTFM

(there are a few preset setting files for some standalones)

do you know how to set it for the phillips 642,,as i am having no luck,,as soon as i ff i get outta sync,,,,,thanks
