About Shutter Encoder JPGs

I decided to convert some PNG files to JPG using Shutter Encoder at 100% quality and put them a comparison with libjpeg-turbo and jpegli. Does it have higher quality than them?

For JPEGs, best to use libjpeg-turbo.
