Trouble with Dolby Atmos?

Hello. I’ve encountered an issue with two movies already: when I process a movie with tsmuxer that has audio English Dolby Atmos, the audio becomes unsynchronized with the subtitles, as if the audio is ahead of the subtitles. What am I doing wrong? I would appreciate your help.
This only happens with Dolby Atmos audio, Dolby Digital 5.1 working fine.
Thank you and have a nice evening.

Hi malimuc, try using DGDemux to see if it solves the problem.

Hi, ocean!

"Now that I've demuxed the audio with DGDemuxGui, I got three files: the first one has the extension thd+ac3, the second one is thd, and the third one is ac3. Which file should I insert into tsmuxerGui to create a file that matches the original? And thanks for the help."

If I remember correctly tsMuxeR accept Dolby True HD (for streams with AC3 core only).

Hi all!

Has anyone managed to demux the THD audio from this movie: Jurassic.World.Rebirth.2025?
I'm attaching a link:

https://www.mediafire.com/view/9yacb...ssx/1.PNG/file

After demuxing, I end up with two files:

13488 PID 4352 48000 8ch eng DELAY 0ms.thd

13488 PID 4352 embedded eng DELAY 0ms.ac3.**

When I use the first file (13488 PID 4352 48000 8ch eng DELAY 0ms.thd) in tsmuxerGUI while remuxing the movie, the audio doesn't work properly and it's not in sync with the subtitles.

However, if I use the second audio file (13488 PID 4352 embedded eng DELAY 0ms.ac3), the audio and subtitles are perfectly synchronized.

I demuxed the audio using DGDemux 1.0.8.1, but after muxing (with latest tsMuxerGUI), it doesn’t work correctly!

Any advice on how to demux and keep the 7.1 audio untouched?

Thanks to everyone for any help. Best regards

Hi malimuc, If I'm not mistaken, tsMuxer Dolby True HD (for streams with AC3 core only); when demuxing with DGDemux, it selects THD Full.
