This script no longer works because:
1) Due to recent TLS1.1 drop by github and too old OpenSSL version included in MSYS, downloading from github fails.
2) Makefiles are not updated to the latest FDKv2.

Use this.

I strongly suggest you to disable any antivirus while compiling or it will consume all resources.

Without changes in source code with the previous encode, only change the compiler (GCC102 -> GCC103).

A test with only a wav file:
The acc obtained is bitidentical with the previous encoder.
The fdkaac.exe have less size (721.408 bytes -> 718.848)
And maybe it's a little fast (7731024 samples processed in 00:02.471 -> 00:02.469)

Like I say you, without relevant changes. I appreciate your efort to maintan the soft updated but must be more calm.
The encoder remain the same.

We don't need change the version for a literal in a error message or a puntual error in a specific compiler (from 2014) than not solve any bug in any encode.
