How about --hdr-opt?

And --b-pyramid is always on by default. are you looking for the x265 equivalent to --b-pyramid strict? Because there isn't one.

I don't know if that's a requirement for UHD BD or not. Which IIRC had something to do why UHD-BD encoding required closed GOP or something.
