ArcSoft is not needed for DTS-HD decode with MakeMKV:

MakeMKV v1.9.3 ( 1.6.2015 )
DTS-HD decoding is now handled by open-source libdcadec library (dtsdecoderdll.dll is still required for DTS express only)
