From some reason AC3 5.1 audio doesn't want to go stereo, if I set channels mode to 2.0

It used to work fine with some earlier versions. I noticed this when sound quality was horrible because I set 192 kbps for stereo, but end result was still 5.1

There is some way to control hard encoded subtitles font? Those subtitles look really fat with default font when the player does the horizontal stretch for anamorphic video. I have to manually put textsub before resize from the avisynth script and they don't look fat anymore, but it adds some blur.
