Many times, especially on animations like this.
Instead of TFM try this line (check if it fixes more than it destroys):
QTGMC(Preset="Slower").SelectOdd.TDecimate(mode=1).QTGMC( Preset="Medium", InputType=1, Sharpness=0.2)
