Using a new PC with Win x64 October 2018 and a Skylake i5 6500 (HD 530) I couldn't make it work with LAV filters for hybrid VP9 acceleration (DXVA2 native VP9)

It falls back to SW.

Latest versions and updates for everything.

Does it work ?
