Excellent video. I would stay with Audacity, although you could make a nonlinear rough cut in Avisynth first, then go into Audacity and fix any harsh edits, manipulate dynamic range etc; might save some time. Do you use
label tracks to mark important cues? I've recently come to appreciate their usefulness.
