Not for avi.NET, h.264 in an AVI is just crazy, but maybe just my opinion!
Can you load the AVI into MKVmergeGUI? If so, save as MKV then use rebox.NET to make the MP4, it will leave your video untouched and convert the audio to AAC for you.
