Tested for you. File was 1920x1080 (with black bars), 23,976, 8 Bit AVC, D3D11 FSE, 10Bit mode:
27,04 ms / 140 w (with automatically detect hard coded black bars feature & crop black bars)
33,45 ms / 170 w (without detecting hard coded black bars)
tested with 1920x1080 (Avatar Mkv, real 16.9 fullscreen without black bars), 23,976, 8 Bit AVC:
34,1 ms / 172 w
