Don't you get tearing as well using EVR on xp with Casimir666's MPC v1.0.6.0?. here it tears a lot. 6800GS PCI-E/FW158.22.

Internal subtitle engine must be broken or something in your latest version. Using mkv file with embedded ass subtitles. only some parts of the subtitles appear and very rarely.
