I have once faced a problem with 1 pixel crop. When I use Spline36Resize(1280,720,1,0,0,0), it caused some chroma issue.
Since then I always add 2 pixel border then resize it.
Addborders(2,0,0,0).Spline36Resize(1280,720,3,0,0,0)
But I don't know why.
