HI

i have CyberLink PDVD Studio versio this playr for Movies
this playr can Turn movis 24/25/29 fps to 60/75 FPS! on line
and Clean fixer FPS
( the playr not Sold to Private Clients )

Overall bit rate : 10.5 Mbps
I can get with 10.5 Mbps only 47.7 fps

The question is HD 4850 video card weak for this film project with 60 or 70 FPS ?

is the cpu or Architecture Weak ? or the video card ?
