using 1.0.1 if I call 'bdsup2sub++.exe -h'
I just get a bunch of:

not sure what's happening there, but it seems like there's a problem with some NVIDIA driver,... (can't reproduce his crash on my machine)
He's using Windows 7 64bit
primary graphic using Intel HD drivers v8.15.10.2827
secondary graphic: NVidia (GTX460) driver v306.97
