Sorry for the late reply. Your graphics card is showing up as a device, so it should be working. Can you show me what all the parameters you're using with DupStep() are?

Additionally, where did you extract it to? Assuming you installed AviSynth+ to "C:\Program Files\AviSynth+", it should be in "C:\Program Files\AviSynth+\plugins64+". Also, make sure you extracted the "dskern" directory (and the files inside it, i.e. keep the same directory structure as it is in the archive) there as well, as it will not run without that.
