i Sorry no
this software Never sold to the public !
this software Never Gave to the public in the world
only to Number of participants for an impression.
This program has never been in the company website .
Even after a year I would turn the company customer service about this software
If it was free distributed, why the internet is loaded with thousands of torrents containing both this software and a keygen? To be honest I haven't download any of them to see whether the keygen was actually there, because that would have made me a felon too and I would have had hard times to explain that this was "research / academic purposes" and not piracy.

Considering yours 70Hz, any decent software does it using the standard windows APIs that are linked to the graphic card drivers. The quality depends of course on the drivers and their tweaks. I don't wanna to start again the polemic of standalone vs. PC (which has a separate thread) however, working on a PC with a refresh rate of 24Hz is extremely annoying and fatigues the eyes. That's why most displays are driven at at least 72Hz. Playing a DVD in a window needs anyway resampling of 25fps (29.97) to 72 or 70 or 85 or 75 or whatever.
