I've just tested it, and seeking seems to work perfect (at least in WA, I'm not sure whether this holds for KMPlayer) even it is a bit hard to seek during 4 seconds ;-)
FFSoX Player's seeking (as well as all I/O) is based on
FFmpeg. If there are problems with seeking for some special format you should frequently update your FFmpeg DLLs (at
"Winamp/Plugins/in_ffsox" from
http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/win32/shared/) hoping that they finally will have fixed it.
