Just changing
the reported profile does not make the video-stream level 4.1 compliant in reality; You're actually faking that for your player.
You need to make shure your stream is actually level 4.1 compliant
AND is blu-ray compliant (keyint / GOP size mainly). So you need to reencode. There are several topics on that subject floating around this board, and between them they contain all the info you need.
