Yes that was mentioned.
And I did try an (ancient) version of mp4boxgui, but got nothing better then anything else I had tried.

Not really familiar with mp4box.
Hints as to what to try?

70 MB file, 15.sec of video, then the "infomercial", Length shows as 1:37.
