Only things I can think of are Dependancy Walker, and Process Explorer. Run both and see what's conflicting. How to use dependencywalker for investigation ?
I opened the dgavcindex.exe and show an warning
"Warning: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing export function in a delay-load dependent module."
