I agree with WildCelt, you probably need more memory. The recommended minimum for XP is 256mb, and if you're doing video capturing you'll probably need 512mb or more. The recommended ram for 2000 is 64mb

. So if you like 2000 keep it the same or if you want XP upgrade your ram.
