The 3D videos are already on DVD, you can see the chroma problem when loading them into Virtualdub and doing a 'viewfields'.

Remove a little piece from my dvd without re-encoding

I have a dvd (no protection on it) that has a 9 second segment of video that I wish to remove.
Is there a way I can do this without having to decode and re-encode the whole thing? I don't want to...
